What the Club is — and isn’t
Membership is a way to improve your service experience: faster support, richer account tools, and clearer records. That is the entire scope. It’s worth being blunt up front because prediction-game “VIP” tiers are often marketed with hints that paying more improves your chances. On a legitimate platform, it never does — the odds of any round are identical for a free account and a paying member.
A membership can make support and record-keeping better. It cannot make an uncertain outcome more likely. Anyone implying otherwise is misrepresenting it.
The three tiers
Basic
Standard access to rounds, wallet, and account tools. Free with a verified account. Everything you need to play responsibly is here — the paid tiers are convenience, not necessity.
Plus
Faster support responses and a longer, more detailed round-history view for people who like to keep closer records of their own activity.
Premium
Priority support queue and downloadable account statements — useful if you want a clean record of deposits, withdrawals, and sessions.

The row that matters most is “odds”: identical across every tier. Membership changes service, never probability.
What membership can’t do
Billing & cancellation, stated up front
- Any fee, billing cycle, and renewal date is shown clearly before you confirm — never hidden.
- You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the paid period ends.
- Refunds follow the published [refund policy]; keep your own record of the date and amount.
- One membership per verified person; it’s non-transferable and tied to your account.
- Price or feature changes are communicated before they take effect, with a chance to cancel.
Data & privacy
A membership involves billing details, so it’s worth knowing how your data is handled. A legitimate operator states what it collects, why, how long it keeps it, and who it shares it with, in a published privacy policy. You should be able to request a copy of your data and close your account. If any of that is missing or vague, treat it as a warning sign.
- Only the billing and identity data needed for the service should be collected.
- Payment details should be handled by a recognised, secure payment provider.
- You should be able to update details, export records, and delete your account.
Responsible-play parity
Every responsible-play protection applies identically across all tiers: spending and time limits, activity records, break reminders, and self-exclusion. Paying for a tier never removes or loosens a safeguard — if anything, use the extra record-keeping in Plus and Premium to watch your own activity more honestly.
Questions about the Club
Does a higher tier help me win more?
No. Tiers only affect support and account features. Outcomes remain random and independent of your membership — the odds row in the comparison table is identical on purpose.
Can I downgrade or cancel any time?
Yes, from your account. Access continues until the paid period ends, and any refund follows the published refund policy.
Is membership required to play?
No. Basic access comes with a verified account; paid tiers are optional service upgrades.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can request export or deletion under the privacy policy. Records needed for legal or financial compliance may be retained for a stated period.
Is a “VIP agent” who offers to boost my account genuine?
Be very cautious. No legitimate agent can improve your odds, and anyone asking for your password or OTP is trying to take your account. Manage membership only from your own logged-in account.
